Suites rules
The following information is provided in order to make your time in NV Luxury Suites & Spa more comfort and safe:
The NV Luxury Suites & Spa services can be only used by guests who registered themselves on our reception.
Upon arrival and registration on our front desk our guests will receive magnetic key cards. We ask our guests to lock their room and return their cards at the time of check-out. A charge for a lost or unreturned card is 5 EUR (Dinar equivalent).
Check-in is after 1.30 pm and check-out until 12 pm.
A charge for the check-out after 12 pm is 10 EUR per hour. Each check-out after 6 pm will be charged as an extra night.
The insurance is not included in the price.
Any visitor to room has to be reported to the front desk with the valid ID of a guest. Visits are allowed until 8 pm. Visits after 8 pm will be charged as an additional amount to the price per night, as payment for a new guest.
In case of cancellation by NV Luxury Suites & Spa, caused by a violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation, regardless of the shorter stay.
In case guest decides to shorten the booking, it is needed to notify the front desk 24 hours in advance. Otherwise it will be charged another night.
Pets are allowed in the room only if it is approved when booking accommodation. On the way from the reception to the room, pets must be kept on a leash. Pets may weigh up to 10 kg. Extra charge for pets is 20 € per night.
We ask our guests to report the reception every irregularity, malfunction or objection to the service immediately. Subsequent and no timely appeals, to which we had no opportunity to respond, will not be considered as grounds for reducing the cost of housing.
All Guests NV Luxury Suites & Spa must be must be properly dressed and shod when moving through the public spaces of the apartment building.
To ensure your comfort we provided safe in a room closet. NV Luxury Suites & Spa will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. Please check before leaving the room your safe and take your documents and other belongings. If you find lost things upon your arrival, please report to the reception immediately.
Private parking, with 24-hour video surveillance, is available on site. It costs 12 EUR per day. Reservation is needed.
Room inventory is provided for use during your stay in the apartment building and its taking out of the room is not allowed.
Using iron, hot plates, electric heaters and other heating devices is forbidden.
Smoking in rooms and throughout the whole apartment building is forbidden. In a case of violating the no smoking policy, NV Luxury Suites & Spa keeps right to charge 50 EUR, since the hotel is responsible before the law in case of violation of this prohibition.
Bringing explosives, weapons, flammable materials and other chemicals harmful to the environment into the apartment building is not allowed.
Bed linen in rooms and apartments is changed every fifth day. Used towels are changed daily if necessary. In case of a need for frequent changes, guests may report the front desk.
Guests have an option to put DO NOT DISTURBE sign on the door. The sign cannot stay longer than 24 hours. After that time, NV Luxury Suites & Spa keeps the right to enter the room and check the general condition due to our care for security and safety of our guests.
The disturbance of other guests is forbidden. Violation of this rule or otherwise violations of the House rules can results in the cancellation of the reservation.
For easier and quicker orientation, we offer a possibility of 24 hour available transport from the apartment building to the airport. Pricelist is available at the front desk.
On request of our guests it possible to arrange massages, sightseeing or rental car.
At the reception desk our guests can borrow adapters and chargers. We kindly ask to return adapters and chargers after use back to reception. Our guests can also take the hygiene set (toothbrush and toothpaste and shaving set).
Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment building. Password is available at the front desk.
Services such as laundry and ironing are also available at pricelist available in each room. Activities such as washing, ironing and drying of things in the room are forbidden.
In the case of un-fire alarm, we kindly ask our guests to follow instructions of the evacuation plan available at the door of each room.
Guests are required to compensate for any damage they caused.
Payment is made in dinars at the official middle rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of arrival.
When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with the House rules.
